Just when Chris Mankowski (Billy Burke) transfers out of bomb squad, life gets a lot more explosive. While investigating the rich and inebriated Woody Ricks (Crispin Glover), he encounters would-be-swindler Donnell Lewis (Michael Jai White), ex-fugitive Robin Abbott (Breanne Racano) and her bombing partner, Skip Gibbs (Christian Slater).
