La Dolce Vita ( Blu-ray )

'A landmark of cinematic social comment,' wrote one critic about Fellini's journey through a decadent Rome. Banned by the church in many countries, the sensationalism of the film often obscured its serious intent. 'La Dolce Vita' follows a society journalist (Marcello Mastroianni) through the nightmarish world in which emotions have been destroyed by surface realities, moral conventions and unresolved guilts.
