Set during the Second World War and inspired by true events, "The Third Half" is the story of the Macedonia Football Club. Owned by Dimitry, the team is in a slump, with its star player, Kosta, more interested in winning the beautiful daughter of a Jewish banker than winning matches. Desperate, Dimitry hires notorious German-Jewish coach Rudolph Spitz, but just as Spitz begins to make an impact, the Nazi tanks roll through Macedonia...
