Things perpetually go from bad to worse in Stretch the new action-comedy from Joe Carnahan (Smokin Aces). Stretch (Patrick Wilson, The Conjuring) is an unsuccessful actor working as a limo driver in Hollywood. When his past gambling debts come back to haunt him, Stretch is left with a few hours to come up with six-thousand dollars, which he does not have. But before all hope is lost, his coworker, Charlie (Jessica Alba, Sin City), informs him that an eccentric billionaire, Roger Karos (Chris Pine, Star Trek), is in need of a limo driver for the evening. Stretch sees an opportunity to obtain the much-needed six-thousand dollars, and decides to pick up Karos at an unusual location. Unfortunately for Stretch, nothing quite goes as planned. Between dealing with FBI agents, the ghost of a former coworker (Ed Helms, The Hangover), a tow-truck driver with a chip on his shoulder (Matthew Willig, Were the Millers), Ray Liotta (Ray Liotta, Goodfellas), his ex-girlfriend (Brooklyn Decker, Battleship), and a plethora of other bizarre characters, the unlucky limousine driver must take fate into his own hands if he plans on paying off his debts before time runs out.
