The Honeymoon Killers
Based on the true story of American serial killers Raymond Fernandez and Martha Beck who went on a spree of murder and mayhem in the late 1940s. Posing as brother and sister, the pair befriend, and ultimately murder, lonely women for their savings. This chilling movie is a cult classic and features fine performances from the two leads in the roles of the real life 'lonely hearts killers'. With Shirley Stoler and Tony Lo Bianco. The story was remade in 2006 as 'Lonely Hearts'.
