In 1930s Hong Kong we find Jackie Chan in the middle of a gang war between two rival mobs. He saves the life of a gang boss who appoints Jackie to succeed him, but first he must prove himself. This lavish comic melodrama also stars the late great Anita Mui, and was one of the most expensive Hong Kong films ever made coming in at a cool $HK 64 million.
