Modern Times

Chaplin's silent homage to the human spirit in which Charlie Chaplin is the victim of industrial boom. Chaplin plays the factory worker gone looney by the assembly line who falls in love with a down-and-out young lady and tries through various and eccentric means to find a bit of financial peace. A great comedy, a great film.
