Ravenous

Inspired by a real incident in 1846 known as the Donner Pass Disaster, in which a group of pioneers headed for California became snowbound and survived by eating their dead companions. Some "tasty" plot twists take this film into some very dark places indeed. Guy Pearce, Robert Carlyle and David Arquette star.
