Ulee's Gold
An outstanding character study about an aging Florida bee keeper who comes out of his self-imposed emotional shell whenhis dysfunctional family reaches a crisis point. Peter Fonda gives the performance of his career as the taciturn Ulee, a decent man damaged almost beyond repair by the responsibility of his imprisoned son and drug addicted daughter-in-law.
