Vanishing Point
This updated version of the 1971 cult classic stars Viggo Mortensen as the former race car driver who races home cross-country to be with his wife who is hospitalized and in danger of losing her life and that of their unborn child. For a remake it is surprisingly good, even though it diverges from the original storyline quite drastically. This made for tv movie co-stars Steve Railsback, Keith David, Christine Elise and Jason Priestly as 'The Voice'.
