The Wrong Arm of the Law

Features many of the cast who had previously appeared in 'Two Way Stretch'. Pearly Gates (Peter Sellers) is a Cockney thief, head of the gang responsible for a series of London robberies. Everything goes well until the police start arriving with monotonous regularity to confiscate the loot. Except they aren't the police! And so Pearly decides to make a deal with the police to get this new gang off his patch. His plan is to arrange a robbery and getaway of his own... Featuring a cast of fantastic British talent that includes Lionel Jeffries, Bernard Cribbins, Nanette Newman, John Le Mesurier, and Arthur Mullard, and also features uncredited appearances by Michael Caine, Dick Emery, John Junkin and Dennis Price.
