Wanting the waning "Little Miss Fresh Squeezed" beauty contest to be an extravaganza Happy's town officials decide to bring in a pair of famous pageant producers. Enter escaped cons Jeremy Northam and Steve Zahn who manage to dodge authorities by posing as these producers and the fun really starts. This Sundance Film Festival hit also stars Illeana Douglas and William H Macy.
