A sensitive, touching comedy about a blind young man (Edward Albert) who is determined to make a life for himself despite his handicap. Good performances from Goldie Hawn as the aspiring actress who comes into his life, and Eileen Heckart as his mother, for which she won a well-deserved Oscar. Screenplay by Leonard Gershe, based upon his play.
