The Gift
Directed by Sam Raimi and co-written by Billy Bob Thornton, this chiller stars Cate Blanchett as a poor psychic who tells fortunes to get by in a backwoods Georgia town. When a sexy young socialite goes missing, lawmen desperate for clues recruit Blanchett for help, but her involvement then targets her as prime suspect in a deadly crime. Keanu Reeves, Hilary Swank, Katie Holmes and Giovanni Ribisi co-star.
