Desperate to stem the growing outrage, the government assigns Peter Kerrigan, a top ranking British Police Inspector, to investigate. It soon becomes clear that Sullivan was killed for a tape he possessed. A tape that's now disappeared. What was on it and why are both the IRA and MI5 so anxious to recover it?
