Mambo Italiano

Light-hearted sex farce from Canada stars Luke Kirby as a young man who discovers he's gay and becomes involved with a policeman and old high school chum Peter Miller during a camping trip. Miller is concerned that their relationship will become public, but the worst is yet to come, as they have to reveal their romance to their respective Italian immigrant parents. Much hilarious hand-wringing and chest-beating ensues as each family gets to grips with having a gay son. Sweet and very funny, featuring a winning performance from lead Luke Kirby as Angelo. A queer take on My Big Fat Greek Wedding. With Paul Sorvino, Ginette Reno.
