City of Ghosts
After an insurance outfit fails to pay its clients' claims for damage from a devastating hurricane, salesman Matt Dillon (who also directed) travels to Cambodia to track down James Caan, the firm's owner. During his quest, Dillon meets a host of people in Phnom Penh he hopes will lead him to Caan, including hotel keeper Gerard Depardieu; Stellan Skarsgard, an associate of Caan's; and Natascha McElhone, a beautiful art restorer.
