The Bride

An attempt to bring Merchant-Ivory sensibilities to the horror genre, though not entirely successful, is notable for its eclectic '80s cast - Sting, Jennifer Beals and Clancy Brown appear alonside Geraldine Page, a young Timothy Spall and Quentin Crisp! Picking up where Mary Shelley left off, Frankenstein is ready to make his creation a mate, but maybe she's just too good to let go.
