Bombon

52-year-old Patagonian Juan 'Coco' Villegas has been a petrol attendant for 20 years when he suddenly finds himself unemployed. He does odd jobs and makes knives to sell, but nothing's really working out until one day, after fixing a farmer's truck, he is given a beautiful Argentinian Watchdog as payment. From then on, things really start looking up. Largely filmed without professional actors (Juan parked the director's car for five years before he was cast in this film), this is a masterpiece of the simplest kind. Pure magic.
