Unknown White Male

In July 2003, ex-pat Brit Douglas Bruce, woke up on a subway train in New York headed for Coney Island. He had no idea who he was, how he got there or where he came from. He was checked into a psych ward as 'unknown white male' while doctors struggled to identify him. A phone number in his wallet allowed them to discover who he was and friend Rupert Murray arrived with a collection of home movies to help jog his memory. Murray put together this incredible documentary using footage of both the 'old' and 'new' Dougs, as his friend struggled to reinvent and remember himself.
