Zatoichi 25: Zatoichi's Conspiracy

After a long absence, Zatoichi returns to his home village, expecting to be greeted as a hero, only to find few actually remember him. Ostensibly the last in the 'old school' series, there would be no more films until 'Zatoichi 26', released in 1989, nearly 16 years later. An indisputable classic, full of humour and bloodshed in equal measure, not only does Zatoichi discover a sister he never knew he had, but he must take on a host of yakuza to defeat a childhood rival.
