Callan: Series 3
Edward Woodward is Callan, an embittered SIS assassin working for a shadowy branch of government operations called 'the Section'. He performs his duties for 'Queen and country' under duress, but very efficiently, and always trying to ensure he is on the side of 'right'. In the midst of the Cold War, Callan is one of England's best agents, and included here are all nine episodes from the third series. Guest stars include David Prowse, Stephanie Beacham, Andrew Sachs and Corin Redgrave.
