Alias: Season 2

Season two continues the story of CIA agent Sydney Bristow, now confronted with the appearance of her KGB mother (once thought dead) and the increasing danger of her double-life fighting the terrorist syndicate 'SD-6'. The entertaining plots are played out with great aplomb by the show's talented core cast (Garner was nominated every year of the show for a Golden Globe and won once) as well as the extraordinary guest stars, and as in season one, the fight scenes and visuals are superlative in the realm of action television.
