Robin Hood: Series 1
The latest incarnation of the Robin Hood myth, co-produced by the BBC and shot in Hungary, takes a modern action-comedy slant on the legend. Jonas Armstrong is the eponymous hero, just returned from the crusades, only to find Nottingham under the reperessive rule of an evil Sherriff (Keith Allen) and Sir Guy of Gisborne (Richard Armitage). The whole gang are back including Marian, Little John, Much, Will Scarlett and Allan A Dale - but no Friar Tuck!
