Robin of Sherwood: Series 3
Robin of Loxley (Michael Praed) is dead and the Merry Men have scattered. The Earl's son, Robert of Huntingdon (Jason Connery), is chosen by forest god Herne the Hunter to continue Robin's work and lead the band of outlaws in Sherwood. One of the landmark television series of the 1980s and, for many, the definitive treatment of the Robin Hood legend. For the third and final series, Michael Praed had moved to the U.S. to star in super-soap "Dynasty" thereby leading to Jason Connery being introduced as his replacement.
