All About Lily Chou Chou

Hugely successful Japanese filmmaker Shunji Iwai wrote and directed this sweeping tale of adolescence, bullying and fame. Teenager Yuichi feels alone in his daily life and so spends his time on the website devoted to pop singer Lily Chou Chou. The film is a visual and auditory feast, with high definition video and a sweeping score that show the director's background in music videos and commercials to great effect.
