With the stress of losing his job finally getting to him, Terry (Peter Krause), an unemployed accountant, begins to suspect his new neighbour, a Middle Eastern student, is a terrorist. When talk of his suspicions fall on deaf ears with his wife and an FBI agent, Terry decides to take matters into his own hands. But how far will he go to prove himself right?
