Swing Vote

Bud Johnson (Kevin Costner) is just a below-average Joe who works in a factory and knocks back a few too many beers. He is also a loving single parent to 12-year-old spitfire, Molly, who is intent that her father perform his civic duty and vote in the upcoming closely-run election. When by a bizarre turn of events the entire outcome of the race hinges on Bud's vote, the full weight of the political media circus lands on his doorstep. Part satire, part sentimental heart-warmer, Costner is ably joined by Kelsey Grammer and Dennis Hopper as the candidates, with Stanley Tucci and Nathan Lane as their respective campaign managers; however the show is stolen by the delightful Madeleine Carroll as Molly.
