Love Comes Lately

An elderly writer and unabashed lothario becomes lost in the romance and excitement of his own literary creations in this bittersweet comedy, vividly adapted for the screen from three short stories by Nobel Prize-winning author, Isaac Bashevis Singer. Austrian actor Otto Tausig is irresistible as Max, a confirmed bachelor who nonetheless spends most of his free time with long-time friend Riesel (Rhea Perlman); while also among his bevy of admirers are Barbara Hershey, Elizabeth Pena and Olivia Thirlby.
