For the Bible Tells Me So

Does the desire to be a 'good Christian' require the condemnation of homosexuality? This compassionate and insightful documentary profiles five American families who have experienced the convergence of their religious faith with the emergence of a gay family member. The film reveals how strict adherence to Christian principles can lead believers either to hate or to love. With commentary by such respected voices as Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Harvard's Reverend Peter Gomes, Orthodox Rabbi Steve Greenberg and Reverend Jimmy Creech.
