The Amazonian princess gets a reboot for the 21st century in this animated feature from Lauren Montgomery ('Superman: Doomsday', 'Batman: Gotham Knight'). The character was originally developed in 1941 by Dr William Marston, a creative and gifted scientist whose quest to discover a way to prove someone's innocence lead him to invent the lie detector. In fact it was his experiments with test subjects that made him hit on the idea of a female superhero. His tests consistently concluded that women were more honest and trustworthy than men!
