Legion of Super Heroes: Volume 1
Since the 1950s, DC Comics' Legion of Super Heroes has had a dedicated following; now an animated series, it follows a team of superheroes from the 31st century as they head back in time to enlist Superman's help in battling their nemeses - the Fatal Five. But when they arrive in Smallville, they discover they've miscalculated a bit, and instead of a powerful, confident Superman, they find an introverted, insecure young Clark Kent, whose abilities need fine-tuning and who couldn't imagine the comic book legend he is destined to become. Produced by Kids WB for Saturday morning television.
