Alan B'Stard (Rik Mayall) returns to take a biting look at the last years of Thatcher's rule together with his wimpish underdog Piers (Michael Troughton). B'Stard is finally dumped by his wife (Marsha Fitzalan) in a Russian gulag, where he takes on the European Parliament. To succeed B'Stard must first overcome his scheming wife, Euro drug barons and neo-Nazis. Contains all Series 3 & 4 episodes.
