In Search of a Midnight Kiss
29-year-old Wilson (Scoot McNairy) has just suffered the worst year of his life and plans to see out December 31st in bed alone. However his best mate Jacob convinces him to place a personal ad on Craig's List, and almost immediately he finds Vivian (Sara Simmonds), a free-wheeling young woman determined to find the 'right man' to ring in the New Year with. She leads him on a colourful and eventful trip through L.A.'s night-time streets as the bewitching hour, and the possibility of a midnight kiss, approaches. For fans of films like 'Before Sunrise' and 'Once', this witty, indie rom-com, written and directed by Alex Holdridge, will be hard to resist.
