It Rains on Our Love
After fortuitously meeting at a train station, David (Birger Malmsten) and Maggi (Barbro Kollberg) fall in love. Pregnant Maggi is unsure of what to do with her life, while David is just recently released from prison, and must start again. United by their difficult lives, the two create a life together in a small cabin, encountering many hindrances along the way, finding it difficult to trust their fellow human beings. An early work from one of cinema's masters.
