The Invention of Lying

In a world where the human race has never evolved the ability to lie, a man who suddenly discovers how will change the world. With this superpower he begins using fibs to make his life better, and maybe even win the heart of the woman he loves. Ricky Gervais ("The Office", "Extras") displays his hilariously deadpan acting talents in a comedy invention he co-wrote and co-directed. Supporting cast includes Jennifer Garner, Jonah Hill, Jeffrey Tambor, Rob Lowe and Tina Fey, plus cameos by Edward Norton and Philip Seymour Hoffman.
