Meek's Cutoff
Harsh western drama, set in 1845, tells of a three-family wagon train heading west on the uncertain and desolate terrain of the Oregon Trail towards a better life. When hired guide Stephen Meek (Bruce Greenwood), claiming to know a shortcut, gets the caravan lost in the desert, everyone will die of thirst unless a desperate wife (Michelle Williams) can make the right decision between trusting an ineffective guide or a captured Indian. Will Patton and Paul Dano co-star.
