Sleeping Beauty
It's hardly a fairytale life for disaffected college student Lucy (Emily Browning). After taking a job as a "lingerie waitress" at an exclusive club catering to wealthy older men, Lucy accepts an offer to become one of the establishment's "sleeping beauties," women who are drugged into unconsciousness and serve as the clients' erotic (minus penetration) playthings. Boldly blurring the line between physicality and sex, writer/director Julia Leigh's debut feature co-stars Rachael Blake, Ewen Leslie.
