The Big Lebowski ( Blu-ray )

A comedy about kidnapping, nihilism, the Gulf War and bowling, courtesy of Joel and Ethan Coen. Jeff Bridges plays Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski, a middle-aged slacker whose gutterball existence is disturbed when crooks mistake him for a millionaire industrialist, also named Lebowski, whose wife owes them money. Soon Bridges and bowling buddy John Goodman are mixed up in a complicated abduction scheme and a convoluted mystery. Julianne Moore, David Huddleston, Steve Buscemi, and John Turturro also star.
