Jason and the Argonauts
Special effects wizard Ray Harryhausen provided the effects for this mythological adventure, which stars Todd Armstrong as the sailor and explorer who returns to the Kingdom of Thessaly after a 20-year voyage, to make his rightful claim to the throne, but who must first find the magical golden fleece. Bernard Herrmann wrote the score.
