Kika

A wacky, colourful, very adult story about a free-spirited make-up artist Kika (Veronica Forque) and the men in her life, including a corpse, an American expatriate writer (Peter Coyote) and a psychotic prison escapee. Due to Almodovar's 'humourous' depiction of a rape in this film it was largely vilified by critics and the acclaimed Spanish director found himself in the dog house.
