A Weatherwoman

This over-the-top farce about greed, power, and Japan's national obsession with weather reports stars a gorgeous Kei Mizutami playing a very unusual woman indeed. She speaks in the same harsh gutteral tones as the yakuza, she perpetually masturbates, has the ability to fly and an obsessive desire to do the nightly weather report. Her big chance comes when the regular weather woman calls in sick, and while under the spotlight, she exposes her panties to the national television audience resulting in the ratings going through the roof. From there the story veers off into weather witchcraft and magic battles, with some truly strange musical numbers thrown in...
