The Knights Templar
The mysterious, powerful, warrior knights were founded after the conquest of Jerusalem in 1099 and within 200 years controlled lands from Scotland across Europe and Asia. In the early years of the 14th century the Templars were charged with heresy, devil worshipping and other dreadful crimes. Templars throughout Europe were massacred and burned alive.
