The Musketeer

Alexandre Dumas' classic tale gets an overhaul with an eastern influence as 'The Musketeer' weds classic swordplay with the gravity-defying dazzle of Hong Kong action choreography. Newcomer Justin Chambers stars as D'Artagnan, a dashing swordsman whose courage and wilful nature place him at odds with powerful forces in 17th century Paris. D'Artagnan is intent on joining the King's elite guard, the Royal Musketeers, and search for the man who killed his parents 14 years earlier. Featuring fight scenes designed by legendary martial arts choreographer Xin Xin Xiong ('Once Upon a Time in China', 'Black Mask'). Also starring Mena Suvari, Stephen Rea, Tim Roth and Catherine Denueve.
