Queen of the Damned
Based on the novel from Anne Rice's 'The Vampire Chronicles' series, this over-the-top horror outing stars Aaliyah as Queen Akasha, an evil and powerful goddess of the underworld with an affection for the vampire Lestat (Stuart Townsend), a bloodsucker who has become a modern day rock star. Problems arise when pretty student of the paranormal Jesse (Marguerite Moreau) seeks out Lestat after she reads his journals.
