Mean Machine
Transporting the basic plot of the 1974 Burt Reynolds hit "The Longest Yard" across the Atlantic, this smash British comedy stars soccer legend Vinnie Jones ("Snatch") as a disgraced pro-footballer sentenced to three years in the nick. Pressured by the prison's gambling obsessed warden into coaching a team of inmates against the guards, Jones assembles a rag-tag group of yardies, yobbos and villains for a brutal, no-holds-barred show down. David Hemmings, David Jelly and Jason Flemyng co-star.
