Roadkill ( aka Joy Ride )
Intense thriller from John Dahl ("The Last Seduction") follows New Jersey college student Paul Walker on a cross-country trip to pick up girlfriend Leelee Sobieski in Denver. During the trip, Walker bails trouble-making brother Steve Zahn out of prison. After the brothers play a practical joke using a CB radio on a trucker known as "Rusty Nail," they, along with Sobieski, are persued by the anonymous and murderous driver.
