The final film in the "Hannibal Lecter Trilogy" (though based on Thomas Harris' first Lecter novel) finds anthropophagous psychiatrist Anthony Hopkins helping the man who caught him, FBI serial killer profiler Edward Norton, from his jail cell. Coaxed out of retirement to find a twisted murderer known as "The Tooth Fairy," Norton finds himself in a deadly game of wits with both his unknown quarry and the imprisoned Lecter. Director Brett Ratner's moody revamping of the thriller first filmed as 1986's "Manhunter" also stars Ralph Fiennes, Harvey Keitel, Emily Watson and Mary-Louise Parker.
