Drama Romance

A common derogatory term for such films is "weepy" since they can reduce the audience to (willing) tears by playing on themes of noble self-sacrifice or cruel fate. The motherlode of Alice's Romantic Dramas can be scrolled below, however the "Romance" feature along with "Comedy Romance" and "Classic Romance" may prove helpful. Right; Alan Rickman, Clive Owen and Saskia Reeves star in Stephen Poliakoff's powerful "Close My Eyes".
