Northfork

This visionary tale is centered around a mid-1950s evacuation of a small Montana town that will be flooded following completion of a new dam. With most of the residents already gone, a handful of determined stalwarts refuse to be uprooted, standing firm against the government officials who are trying to remove them. Third film from the Polish Brothers (following "Twin Falls, Idaho" and "Jackpot") stars James Woods, Nick Nolte, Daryl Hannah, Peter Coyote, and Anthony Edwards.
